In preparation of our great Hawaii trip, my roommates and I are doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred everyday until we leave.
We've only done it 2 days, and I tell you what....my calves already feel like they've been through a shredder! And oddly enough, I love it!

Love that workout. The first time I did it was a Saturday morning and I was going shopping in the afternoon. Bad idea. Very bad idea.
I like that work out too. I feel like it does a good job, and it keeps changing frequently enough that I don't get bored and give up. Good luck. I'm so excited for you and your trip to Hawaii.
Maybe I should borrow it when you are done...or join you now. Sounds like you have good motivation though.
I LOVE that workout! I'm actually starting that today. I'm hoping to do it along with my aerobic exercise for the day. :) Happy planning to you. I lost 15 pounds in about 3 weeks by just eating healthier and exercising like I normally do. I semi based my eating on South Beach, but not so extreme. Tammy Here's a great website that I use for recipes. http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com/ In the last year it has been very interesting for me to see that what I thought was "healthy" really wasn't. There was a good reason that I wasn't losing weight...bean burritos really aren't that healthy.
