My new exercise plan...

I made a plan last night that will help me lose a lot of weight and get in shape. Here it is...

Every time I lose patience with my class and yell at them, I have to run a mile after work.

Good plan, huh?

It's that time of year when I'm on edge and can't wait for spring. As a result, I often lose patience with my students...and it's often for stupid reasons that I would over-look at any other time of the year.

I'm proud to say that I don't have to run tonight.

I love Fridays :)

I should do this with my kids. Although that means I would have to run all night...so maybe not...

bwahahahahahahah!!! Good luck with THAT! I, myself, will NOT be making that plan..... but I'll keep you honest with yours. The hall isn't all THAT big between us. :)
