Who needs sunglasses? I have inversion.

This morning I took Annie and her brother to the airport.  As I came around the point of the mountain into Salt Lake County, I thought, "Wow, the air is sick."  But as I was driving home and drove around the other side into Utah County, I was grossed out.  The air is way worse here!  It was so dark!
No, I didn't take this picture. This is coming out of Little Cottonwood Canyon in Salt Lake, but you get the idea.
I thought the sun was actually the moon for a few minutes since it was so dark.
I wanted to go running outside today, but I feel gross about breathing that into my lungs. Somehow running inside makes me feel better about it.

Yeah, that's why I'm choosing not to go running today too. 4:00 and I'm still in my pajamas. I'm really embracing my freedom

That is really nasty. Good choice on the indoor running. I remember hearing about how breathing the inversion air was like smoking cigarettes.
