Can teachers get reserved parking, please?

I don't know if any of you have ever had your work place be a polling location for a popular presidential election, so let me tell you a bit about it....
First of all, there's nowhere to park! Even when you show up an hour and a half before school starts, you get to drive around for 10 minutes until a big truck pulls out and lets you take his spot.
Second, you can't even get to your classroom because there are a couple hundred people blocking the hallway. When you try to weave your way through, you get dirty looks because they think you are trying to cut or something.
Third, the students use #2 as a great excuse for being late to class..."But the halls are blocked! I couldn't run to class like I usually do!"

But on the other side of things, it's very exciting! It makes me happy that so many people get out and express their right to vote...even if they do have to stand in line for a few hours....which I am looking forward to doing tonight on my way home! :)

What are they thinking not having the red carpet rolled out for you?! I mean, you are the best teacher there, which should at least entitle you to a parking spot! Unbelievable! I think I waited in line for 5 minutes this morning. It was wonderful!
